चीन उड्ने यात्रुले अब डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य स्वघोषणा फारम देखाउनुपर्ने

नेपालबाट चीन जाने सबै विदेशी यात्रुले बिहीबारदेखि बोर्डिङ पास लिँदा डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य स्वघोषणा फारम देखाउनुपर्ने भएको छ ।
काठमाडौंस्थित चिनियाँ दुतावासले एक सूचना जारी गदै सो फारम प्राप्त गर्नका लागि यात्रुले आफ्नो स्वास्थ्य अवस्थालगायतका अन्य सूचनाहरु खुलाएर निवेदन दिनुपर्ने छ ।
सो फारम प्राप्त गर्नका लागि आईजीएम एन्टीवडी टेस्ट र नेगेटिभ न्यूक्लिक टेस्टको प्रमाणपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्छ । यसबाहेक भिसा र अन्य सूचना पनि पेश गर्नुपर्छ । यी सबै कागजात अध्ययन गरेर दूतावासले स्वास्थ्य स्वघोषणा फारम उपलब्ध गराउने दूतावासले जनाएको छ ।
आइजीएम एन्टीवडी टेस्ट र नेगेटिभ न्यूक्लिक टेस्टको लागि दूतवासले स्टार अस्पताल र ह्याम्स अस्पताललाई तोकेको छ । नेपाललगायत कोभिड-१९ को संक्रमण बढेका मुलुकबाट आफ्नो देश जाने यात्रुलाई चीनले पछिल्लो समय निकै कडाइ गरेको छ । भारतलगायतका अन्य केही मुलुकमा त उडानमा प्रतिबन्ध नै लगाएको छ । अनलाईन खवरबाट ।
1) paper version of negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test reports ;
2) passport information page;
3) Chinese visa or residence permit.
The Chinese Embassy in Nepal will examine and verify the above documents online, and then issue the Electronic Health Declaration Form, which will be displayed in QR code with the“HDC”mark. Foreign passengers should present the electronic or printed code, and follow the procedures for inspection by relevant airlines during boarding. It is recommended to bring the paper version of the negative nucleic acid and IgM anti-body test reports for further reference.
Chinese passengers(including the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and the Taiwan region) can still apply for the green health code with the“HS”mark via the WeChat Health Code app.
