Unique volcanic landscape : Heihe City, Heilongjiang

Heihe, is a prefecture-level city in northern Heilongjiang province. It is on the south bank of the Heilong River and shares a border with Russia. The city has a population around 1,286,401.

Heihe is working hard to promote its natural beauty, ethnic culture and exotic styles to the tourists both home and abroad, and has been campaigning on slogan of “Global Heihe”. Heihe is also home to the “Five Grand Lakes” volcanic cluster, known as the “Living Textbook on Volcanoes.” Its unique volcanic landscape, wildlife and lush greenery are enchanting.

Relying on unique geographical advantages, Heihe is developing a cross-border e-commerce trade model. The experiment of Free Trade Zone’s establishment has bolstered its economy.
