Ambassador Bishnu Pukar at China Cultural Centre
Kathmandu, 9 July 2022 Saturday / The new Nepali ambassador to Peoples Republic of China Bishnu Pukar Shrestha has visited China Cultural Centre in Kathmandu on 7th July, Thursday.
67 Yrs old Shrestha was welcomed with warmth at the Centre by its director Xiao Jiang. In cordial meeting, ambassador Shrestha received information of the Centre and appreciated the activities.
“I acknowledged the activities of the Centre and of course such activities promotes better understanding of Chinese culture among Nepali people. The Centre has even entoured Nepali cultural delegation to China which have to be highly acclaimed”, said HE Shrestha.
Madam Jiang, the director of the Centre wished for the success of the ambassador and hoped for more mutual cooperation to promote centuries old people to people friendship.
The ambassador visited the library and also met Nepali students learning Chinese language at the Centre.
The meeting was accompanied by staffs of the Centre and the representatives of Nepal China Academy, friendship association.
