Nepal and Pakistan Discuss Ways to Expand Trade and Economic Ties

VOK NEWS/Kathmandu, 4 November, 2026: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. Mohammad Aamir Khan, held a meeting with Umraj Bastola, President of the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), to discuss ways to strengthen trade and economic relations between Nepal and Pakistan.

The discussions focused on promoting business-to-business engagement, expanding bilateral trade and exploring new avenues for cooperation in areas of mutual economic interest.

The meeting aimed to identify opportunities for enhanced economic and commercial collaboration between the private sectors of the two countries.
