Pakistan has issued a message calling October 27 as a black day. The day when India landed its forces over Srinagar, Kashmir to forcibly occupy the territory and subjugate people of Jammu and Kashmir 73 years ago. Pakistan mentioned that the day is an international dispute and that it should now be resolved by the UN Security Council.
