Congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi by Phanindra Nepal, President of Greater Nepal

His Excellency The President
Xi Jinping
People’s Republic of China
Beijing, China

Extending Sincere Felicitation

Your Excellency,

The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on being elected the president of People’s Republic of China for a third successive term.

We believe that you being re-elected as the President for another term is a joyous occasion for the entire nation of China. Similarly, it is also a very interesting occurrence for us Nepalese as well, as the people of Nepal remain optimistic about your third term in the office given the history of cooperation and unity our nations have developed over the past few years during your tenure as the Chinese President.

The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front believes that the friendship between Nepal and China should always be as high and mighty as the Mount Everest and as clear and transparent as the big blue sky. We believe that as long as our great nations stand together in subjects of peace, cooperation and strengthening regional unity, there is no external force that could weaken our morale or disrupt this harmony that we have created and we believe that both our nations should continue working towards strengthening this friendship further.

Your Excellency, The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front has always been an advocate of a unified One-China policy. The peaceful unification of parts of China like Hong Kong and Macau are great examples of the feeling of national unity that the Chinese people bear. The Nepalese people, too, have always kept a keen eye on these matters and have applauded how China has handled intricate situations over the years without disrupting national, regional or world peace. Which is why, the Chinese diplomacy in recent times has become a source of inspiration for the people of Nepal.

Relating to that, The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front on behalf of the entire nation of Nepal would like to draw your Excellency’s attention to the issue of unethical colonization of 60,000 square kilometers of Nepalese land by present day India that Nepal lost to the British on 4th March 1816AD after the Anglo-Nepal war. Despite the British refuting all previous treaties between Britain and Nepal which naturally returns the said lands back to Nepal as they left the Indian sub-continent after the Indian independence, the land has ever since remained under Indian occupation. The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front has been very vocal on national and international stages about this sensitive issue time and again over the past few decades. We, as the people of Nepal are not trying to badmouth or wrongfully accuse our neighbors and diplomatic allies of wrongdoing but are only trying to get back what rightfully has always been ours.

We believe that your Excellency will surely aid and support the Nepalese people in this rightful cause.

Phanindra Nepal
Chairman
Greater Nepal Nationalist Front
Kathmandu, Nepal
