Health materials for COVID prevention received from China’s Tibet Autonomous Region

Recently People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (PAFFC) of China Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) has donated second lot of health materials for the prevention of COVID to Arniko Society.
The health materials included masks, PPEs and others. According to the request of the donor association, Arniko Society distributed the health materials to the government hospitals, including Bir Hospital, National Academy of Medical sciences, National Trauma Center, Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital. And Police Department in Kathmandu,Lalitpur and Bhaktapur Also in Traffic Police .
A few months ago, in the year 2020 the PAFFC of China TAR had donated similar health materials to Arniko Society. That time Arniko Society had distributed them to its members and the private and government hospitals where its member doctors were working.
Arniko Society is a non government organization of Nepalese graduates of different Chinese Universities. Currently it has about 500 members. With collaboration with PAFFC of China TAR Arniko Society has conducted large scale Tibetan Medicine and Western Medicine health camps in high mountain areas of Nepal for five times in last three years.
